Decent January figures 2004

The pattern continues with growth in the international scheduled services and fall-off in domestic traffic.

There is a slight decline in the number of charter passengers but the good news is that the flights are full at the moment. Tour operators also report a very good sale of charter flights this summer.

It is a pleasure to learn that a large number of package tours are sold to traditional destinations first of all in Greece, Spain and Bulgaria but also to a number of new destinations in Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania and Italy.

The development in cargo has been very positive in the first month of the year with a progress of almost 10 %.
