The Business and General Aviation Centre at Billlund Airport handles private and commercial flights with aircraft certified up to 10 passengers, Billund Airport Handling handles scheduled flights and charter flights with aircraft of a capacity of more than 10 passengers.

The Business and General Aviation Centre is located in the westernmost end of the terminal south of the runway. The centre is the Airport Office, briefing, weather office, Airport Reporting Office (ARO) and the weather observation post of Billund Airport.
Flight documentation for scheduled and charter traffic is served via the airport office located at the passenger terminal north of the runway, while GA-traffic, private flying, taxi flights up to 10 passengers and cargo flight are served from the Business and General Aviation Centre.
Aircraft to be served at the Business and General Aviation Centre will be directed to a stand on the south apron by the TOWER ATC.
