Meetings - an offer for everyone
At Meetings, it is our objective to comply with the modern business community's expectations for meeting facilities. We place great emphasis on being able to meet your needs - big or small. As Billund Airport is an international junction, you have the ideal opportunity to choose the optimal solution for your meeting.
Meetings with good views
Meetings lies on the 3rd floor of Billund Airport's new terminal. You can easily find us by following the signs and taking the staircase or elevator from the check-in hall. There are 7 rooms, including a VIP room, named after planets in the solar system: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus - and we have the capacity for 2 - 60 persons. All rooms are light and spacious with views over the runway or the airport's surrounding area. The view from the balcony gives a luxurious and alternative sense of atmosphere in West Denmark's international airport.
New Danish Design
The meeting rooms are all furnished with comfortable furniture in elegant Danish design. Standard equipment in the rooms include telephone, computer point, flipchart and whiteboard with overhead projection.
In addition, you can reserve projectors, TV and video if required. If you have a special requirement, like for example a video conference, we would like to assist you with this. The meeting rooms are non-smoking but you are welcome to use the smoking area at the entrance to the meeting section.

Breakfast, Lunch or Buffet
You can choose from various menus for your meeting. Apart from the buffet of the day, there is a wide selection of lunch and dinner courses. Breakfast or coffee with "the cake of the day" can also be enjoyed in the meeting rooms.
